What is EB-3 Visa Program?
By act of Congress, the EB-3 Visa Program was established in 1990. This employment-based Green Card option's main goal is to assist American employers in locating foreign workers who are qualified, available, and willing to fill positions that they have been unable to fill with Americans from their local labor markets. The foreign worker and their immediate family members (their spouse and any unmarried children under 21 years of age) will all be able to obtain their Green Cards and immigrate to the United States on a permanent resident basis in exchange for receiving and accepting a qualifying job offer from an authorized U.S. employer. Additionally, they will each be qualified to petition for American citizenship after five years of living here.
